Common questions

The House stopped answering. The game needs a connection to generate replies. If you are offline or the connection dropped mid-hand, close and reopen the game. If it keeps happening, write to us with your device and rough time of day.

I want my email off the list. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we have sent you, or write to sevenout@novate.ai and we will remove it.

What do you do with what I type? See the privacy policy. Short version: it goes to a language model provider to generate the House's reply, and nowhere else.

Reporting a problem

Bugs, wrong odds, a hand that scored incorrectly, or anything that reads as broken: send it to sevenout@novate.ai with what you did and what happened. Specific beats polite.
