Seven Out is made by NOVATE.AI LLC. This policy covers this website and the Seven Out game. It is short because the product collects very little, and we would rather say exactly what happens than pad it out.

What we collect

If you leave an email address at the door. We store the address you type, and the address of the page you typed it on. That is the whole record. We use it to tell you when the game is available, and for nothing else. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

When you play. The game is played by typing. What you type is sent to a language model provider so the House can answer you in character. That text is processed to generate a reply and is not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, usernames, or passwords
• No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers, and no advertising
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access
• No sale or sharing of personal information, ever

There are no third-party tracking scripts on this website. The page makes no external requests other than submitting an address if you choose to leave one.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of providers, and only for the purpose named:

• HubSpot stores the mailing list and sends the messages. It receives the email address you submit and the page it came from.
• A language model provider, currently Anthropic, processes the text you type during play in order to generate the House's replies.
• Amazon Web Services hosts this website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

Mailing list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Text you type during play is processed to produce a reply and is not retained by us as a stored record of your play.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, our lawful basis for the mailing list is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.

Children

Seven Out is a noir game built around gambling themes and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us an address, write to sevenout@novate.ai and we will remove it.

Where your information goes

We operate from the United States, and the providers listed above process data in the United States. If you are outside the United States, submitting an address means it is transferred there.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise, but there is very little held here to lose.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle the mailing list will be sent to the list.
